Delete your data
You can remove everything Epic Fury Studio holds about a connected account yourself, at any time. Nothing has to be asked for.
1 Disconnect the account in the app
- Open Epic Fury Studio and go to Settings › Social accounts.
- Find the account and press × beside it.
Its access token is deleted from your Mac straight away, and the app can no longer post to it or read from it. Figures already read for that account are deleted when they next refresh, and never kept more than thirty days.
2 Remove the app on the platform
- Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings › Business integrations, choose Epic Fury Studio, then Remove.
- TikTok: in the TikTok app, Settings and privacy › Security › Manage app permissions, choose Epic Fury Studio, then Remove access.
- YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose Epic Fury Studio, then Remove access.
Once access is removed, every token the app held for that account stops working, even on a Mac that is switched off.
3 Delete everything else
Removing the app’s data folder from your Mac deletes everything it kept there. To have your team sign-in, devices, messages and shared figures deleted from the login server, write to jack@lukegawne.com from the address you were invited with. It is done within 30 days and you get a reply when it is.
