Epic Fury Clip Studio
Epic Fury Clip Studio is a private desktop application made for the GAWNE music team. These terms cover the people given access to it. It is not offered to the public and there is no public sign-up.
Access is granted individually by the operator to members of the GAWNE team. Access is not transferable. If someone leaves the team, their access ends.
The app edits short-form video, adds captions, and publishes the result to social media accounts that a user has connected. Every publish is initiated by a person, or by a schedule that a person set.
When a user connects a TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook account, they remain the account holder and remain bound by that platform's own terms. They are responsible for what gets published from their account through the app.
Users must not use the app to publish content they do not have the rights to, content that breaks the rules of the platform it is going to, or content that is unlawful, misleading, or harassing.
Use of the app is also subject to the terms of every platform it connects to, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Meta Terms of Service. Where those terms conflict with these, the platform's terms govern that platform.
Users keep all rights to the video, audio, and artwork they put into the app. The app claims no ownership of anything a user creates or publishes with it, and no licence to it.
The app runs on the team's own hardware and depends on third-party platforms. It may be unavailable, and a publish may fail, for reasons outside anyone's control — a machine being off, a network being down, or a platform changing its interface. No uptime is promised.
The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is an internal tool, not a commercial product.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including lost content, missed posts, or loss of platform access.
The operator may withdraw access at any time. A user may stop using the app at any time and disconnect their accounts from within it, or revoke access from the platform's own settings.
How the app handles data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
