Terms of Service
Epic Fury Studio is a desktop application for music teams. These terms cover everyone who uses it.
1 Who may use it
Anyone can ask to start a studio by joining the waiting list on epicfury.dev. Once a studio is set up, the studio’s owner invites the people who work in it, and a sign-in cannot be passed on. Each studio is separate: its people see only that studio’s artists, work and connected accounts, never another studio’s. When someone leaves a studio, their access to it ends.
2 What the app does
The app edits short-form video, adds captions, and publishes the result to social media accounts that a user has connected. Every publish is initiated by a person, or by a schedule that a person set.
3 Your accounts, your responsibility
When a user connects a TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook account, they remain the account holder and remain bound by that platform's own terms. They are responsible for what gets published from their account through the app.
Users must not use the app to publish content they do not have the rights to, content that breaks the rules of the platform it is going to, or content that is unlawful, misleading, or harassing.
4 Platform rules come first
Use of the app is also subject to the terms of every platform it connects to, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service (the app uses YouTube API Services, and Google’s handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy), and the Meta Terms of Service. Where those terms conflict with these, the platform's terms govern that platform.
5 Content ownership
Users keep all rights to the video, audio, and artwork they put into the app. The app claims no ownership of anything a user creates or publishes with it, and no licence to it.
6 Availability
The app runs on your own Mac and relies on a login server and third-party platforms. It may be unavailable, and a post may fail, for reasons outside anyone’s control. No uptime is promised.
7 No warranty
The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
8 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including lost content, missed posts, or loss of platform access.
9 Ending access
A team’s owner, or the operator, may withdraw access at any time. You may stop using the app at any time and disconnect your accounts in it, or revoke access in the platform’s own settings.
10 Privacy
How the app handles data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
