Epic Fury Clip Studio
Epic Fury Clip Studio is a desktop application used by the GAWNE music team to edit and publish short-form video to their own social media accounts. It runs on the team's own computers. It is not a public service, and it does not sell, rent, or share personal data with anyone.
This policy applies to members of the GAWNE team who have been given access to Epic Fury Clip Studio, and to the social media accounts those members choose to connect. There is no public sign-up.
Everything below is stored in a folder on the user's own computer. None of it is transmitted to us, because we operate no server that collects user data.

When a user connects a TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook account, that platform asks them directly to approve the connection. We never see or handle their password. The platform returns an access token, which is stored locally as described above and used only to do what the user asked.
Nothing is posted without a person choosing to post it. The app does not publish on a schedule the user has not set, does not post to accounts they have not connected, and does not read their feed, followers, messages, or browsing activity.
A user can disconnect an account at any time from within the app, which deletes the stored token. They can also revoke access from the platform's own settings, which has the same effect.
When the app publishes a video, it sends that video to the platform the user selected. From that point the platform's own privacy policy governs it:
The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Tokens are kept until the user disconnects the account or revokes access at the platform. Video files stay on their own disk until they delete them. Because the data lives on the user's own machine, deleting it is entirely within their control — removing the app's data folder removes everything the app has stored.

Credential files are written with permissions that restrict them to the user's own operating system account. Where team members access a shared instance over the network, that connection runs over an encrypted private tunnel and requires a password.
The app is a professional tool for the GAWNE team and is not directed to children under 13.
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page changes with it.
